What we collect
When you fill in the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, suburb, the job type and the details you choose to add. When you call us, we collect what you tell us on the call. We do not collect an email address — there is no email field on this site by design.
Why we collect it
We use your details to contact you about the job, to attend and quote, and to carry out the plumbing work if you go ahead. We do not use your details for marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as is needed to do the job and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed plumber — including the compliance records for notifiable work. If you ask us to delete your details and there is no legal requirement to keep them, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where the law allows. Call 0407 977 529 to do any of that — there is no email address on this site.
